Creator Agreement v0.1 (read before applying)
Independent contractor. You are not an employee of Swarm Protocol or the campaign brand. You are responsible for your own taxes. Work is 1099-eligible when thresholds are met.
No guaranteed payment. Payouts are performance-based and may be zero if requirements are not met. Accepting a brief is not a promise of payment.
Content guidelines. Deliver original content that follows the brief, platform rules, and applicable advertising disclosure (e.g. #ad / paid partnership). No illegal, hateful, or defamatory content.
License. You grant Swarm Protocol and the campaign brand a non-exclusive license to use submitted content for the campaign and related reporting for 12 months unless the brief states otherwise.
Tracking. You permit Swarm to track attributed clicks and campaign engagement related to assigned work.
Payment terms. Approved work is accrued to your ledger per campaign rules. Payout timing is communicated per campaign. You must provide accurate tax information before payout.
Removal. Swarm may pause or remove creators for guideline breaches or inactivity.
This v0.1 summary is an operational placeholder pending counsel review. Continued use after a newer version is published constitutes acceptance of that version when re-accepted in-product.
